I am a trauma-informed therapist and create a warm and safe space to connect in.

I have a multi-layered approach with a variety of modalities, including person-centered, trauma-informed, narrative, Internal family systems-informed, and age-specific creative approaches.

It is important to me that you feel empowered and have agency in the space together. Diversity and all ages and stages are welcomed.

I am registered with ACC for sensitive claims. Registered with NZAC

All your sessions will be in my home-like environment or on-line. On-street parking is easy, accessible, and free.
